Kula Tactical is fast and serious because the SAV from Kula Tactical has made the refund of the purchase.
I do not know if it is Kula Tactical or Kula Tactical who refunded but the main thing is that the defective purchase is refunded.
I cannot put 5 stars because the item is incomplete, it is not really usable.
